My understanding is that this machine is pretty close to a 702. N'est-pas?

As a matter of fact, I'm still not sure I understand the difference between stereo Super 8 projectors and twin-track projectors -- the kind with a jack for each track to pipe to different speakers. I think one difference might be that you can't record stereo on a 2-track non-stereo machine. I've never actually tried to record or playback stereo on my Elmo ST-1200HD.

Do Stereo projectors record the stereo on separate tracks of one stripe, like the old cassette-tape players/recorders?
